Montrose CO Real Estate. My Year in Review 2015

Montrose Colorado Real Estate. It turned out to be a good year for me, the best since the recession started in 2008.

There are many people to thank for helping me to have a great year. My friends, previous customers. Half of the closings on the list below came from returning customers. 10 more closings came from people referring new customers to me. I thank you all for thinking of me when it comes times to buy or sell, whether it's you doing the buying or selling or you are letting your friends know to call me.

Other people that help me on a daily basis behind the scenes that also deserve Thanks are the mortgage lenders, the Title companies, and the closers at the title companies, the office staff here at Coldwell Banker Bailey & Co with out them none of these closings would be possible.
